All hats are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be embroidered and dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each hat is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sebe.au with a photo and we'll sort it out.
